As both a three-time Olympic gold medalist and a three-time collegiate National Champion at the University of Arizona, Leah knows the value and importance of thriving under quality leadership. Working as a part-time College Softball analyst brought new opportunities to see how these same leadership traits played out in the media world. Facing difficult obstacles can teach much-needed lessons, build strength and character, and bring the confidence and belief needed to become the best. During the 2000 Olympic Games, the USA softball team lost three games in a row after a 112-game winning streak. It felt like the odds were stacked against them, and that the gold medal was slipping from their grasp. However, the team rallied and found its way to the gold medal podium by beating the only undefeated team in the games. Leah shares her personal stories from that experience, as she encourages others to turn their trials into a triumph.
